Abstract
Services at the present time represent 3/4 of the GNP despite this fact, but others say that these services are not important to the economy. However, this study deals with the relations of the good services, and the satisfactions of the customers, as regard of the problems, and obstacles, which face the operations as regards the air transport.
The study here smeds the light to the issue of the problem which affects the operation of marketing. The services of Sudan air ways, which may effect both the services, and the sales.
There is strong positive relations between customers satisfaction, and the good services provided which for sure will gain the customer trust through commitment of the company to offer good services regarding. Punctuality in time of departure, and arrival.
The most important points explained in this study are as follow.
Good services plus satisfactions of the passengers for services offered.
Reconsiderations of the company as regards of employing, training, and coaching of the staff.
Adding new services as reservation through phone or short message service.
Provide first aid kit.
Publish booklets containing all the information of the country traveling to it.
Taking much care of the passengers bags and bagges
