Abstract

The study tackles the estimation of foreign investment function in Sudan during (1989 - 2012). the most important results that has been achieved is that the investment considers as basic determinant in development and the political stability has great effect in development operation and economic growth in Sudan. The study recommended that work through stable of economic and financial policies and security stability in Sudan, The study also addressed the situation of foreign direct investments, Al Rajhi Projects for Agricultural Efficiency, and we determined that Al Rajhi Projects plays an effective role in economic development and GDP, It has increased the level of person income despite the fact that the improvement is weak in the standard of living. It dealt with a number of recommendations such as reviewing the investment laws, linked the investment with the labor's law and increases the government's seriousness in increasing investments by overcoming all obstacles
