نوعية حياة العمل وتأثيرها على راس المال الفكري بالتطبيق على مؤسسات التعليم العالي في بغداد

Abstract

دارت مشكلة البحث حول كون مستوى نوعية حياة العمل لم تكن بالمستوى المرضي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في بغداد, لذلك تمثل هدف البحث في سعيه لتحديد تأثير نوعية حياة العمل على راس المال الفكري, اذ انطلق البحث من فرض يفيد بتأثير نوعية حياة العمل في راس المال الفكري. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف توصل الباحث من خلال الفكر النظري والدراسات ذات العلاقة إلى بناء مخطط فرضي يوضح العلاقة بين المتغيرات, حيث اعتمد البحث على دراسة نوعية حياة العمل كمتغير مستقل, في حين مثل راس المال الفكري المتغير معتمد, تكونت العينة من (227) عضو هيئة تدريسية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في بغداد, توصل البحث إلى إن توفير نوعية حياة عمل عالية بأبعادها من قبل مؤسسات التعليم العالي سينعكس في التأثير معنويا في أداء راس مالها الفكري. لذلك اوصى البحث بضرورة ان توفر هذه المؤسسات درجة عالية من نوعية حياة العمل لراس مالها الفكري.

The problem of this research is the level of QWL on higher education institutions was not at the required level, therefore The research aims to determine the impact of high quality of working life on intellectual capital, to achieve this goal the researcher from the theoretical literature and related studies conclude to the construction of the scheme shows the hypothetical relationship between the variables, which was adopted by the independent variable quality of working life, as well as intellectual capital as dependent variables, The sample consisted of (227) managers in the Higher education institutions on Baghdad. The major results among them of this research are: the provide high quality of working life by Higher education institutions will refracted significant impact on its intellectual capital. Therefore, the research recommended that it necessarily provide high level of QWL.
