آثر سياسة الصادرات علي سداد ديون السودان الخارجية خلال الفترة من (1995ـ 2010م)

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة أثر سياسة الصادرات علي سداد ديون السودان الخارجية خلال الفترة من 1995ـ2010م، والتي ظلت علي المدي الطويل تمثل محدد العملية التنمية الإقتصادية علي السودان. هدفت الدراسة الي شرح الظروف المحيطة بالصادرات السودانية وتأثيرها علي الديون الخارجية، وأيضاً معرفة مدي تأثير الإقتصاد السوداني بالديون الخارجية. تكم مشكلة الدراسة في الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه أو تساهم به عائدات الصادرات السودانية في تخفيف حدة الدين الخارجي للسودان ؟. إفترضت الدراسة عن زيادة الصادرات لها أثر إيجابي في سداد الديون الخارجية. توصلت الدراسة علي العديد من النتائج أهمها : أهم العوامل التي تؤثر علي الدين الخارجي في فترة الدراسة هي عائدات الصادرات وسعر الصرف وأسعار الفائدة العالمية، الإقتصاد السوداني يعاني من الإعتماد الكبير علي الواردات وضعف الإهتمام بهيكل الصادرات وتنوعه. أوصت الدراسة علي العمل علي سداد أصل القروض التي حان أجل سدادها حتي لا يزيد تراكمها، الإهتمام بجودة الصادرات وتشغيل الطاقات المعطلة والبني التحتية التي تعمل علي رفع معدل الإعتماد علي الصادر وتقليل الوارد.

Abstract: The study tacked the effect of exports policy on Sudan foreign debts repaying through the term (1995-2010) which has acted as a threat in long run for the economic development operation on Sudan. The study aimed to explain the associated conditions for Sudanese export and its effect on foreign debts. Problem of the study has located in the function which is been played or contributed by Sudanese exports revenue in decreasing Sudan foreign debts. The study assumed that the export increasing have appositive effects in foreign debts paying the study achieved to more results as:- - The most important factors which have affected on foreign debts in the study term are the exports revenue, exchange rate, and the global interest rate, Sudanese economic is suffering from the great dependence on the imports and a weakness of exports structure and its diversity. The study recommended by: the interesting of closer actual foreign debts repaying in order not increase its cumulative interesting of the export quality and engage of un worked power and infrastructures which are increasing the rate of dependence on export and decreasing the import.
