dc.description.abstractAbstract In this study were prepared different samples concentration of zinc oxide using Sol-Gel method, and through the spin coating process have been fabricated thin films from zinc oxide and have treatment that thin films thermally at different temperatures, by using XRD have been calculated particle size of ZnO found to be (86.6nm) then by using UV characterization have been seen the effect of temperature and concentration on optical properties of ZnO thin films, we have been observed the absorption decreasing with increasing of concentration, and increasing with increasing in temperature, we have been calculated the energy gap of the zinc oxide is 3.3 eV, We have been observed the energy band gap of ZnO change by the change in temperature and concentration.en_US
