The Relation Between Human Resources Planning and Organizational
Culture and its Impact on the Efficiency of Employees Performance
(A Field Study)
On a Simple of the Iraqi Private Ccommercial Banks Operating in Baghdad
Work organizations interest has increased looking for strategies and
philosophical administrations capable of enhancing employees performance to face
progress focusing on the field of human resources administrations and finding
relation between variables that build the speculation and philosophical fiamework of
study.
The study aims at focusing on human resources planning through statistical
analysis, planning and executing plans then follow- up and calibration. And
organizational culture through environmental adaptation, collaborative work
focusing on customers, and its effect on employees through acknowledging tools
required for work, persistance, trust, quality and productivity.
This study is important because it concludes to a thought that is unique to nature of
this study.
The study deals with a problem represented by lots of hypothetical and applicable
inguiries contextualized in the current situation that researches do not focus on
stags of planning for human resources as the sample of this study.
To achieve the aim of this study, a model has been built between variables
depending on authentication and it identifies tasks and responsibilities as well as it
reflects the relation between the prarameters of this study that has all been adopted.
The study depends on discriptive analytical approach which is applied on a sample
of employees in selected banks ( Bagdad Bank, Middle East Bank, United Bank,
Gulf Commercial Bank, North Bank for Funding and Ashur International Bank ).
The sample of study was 120, and the researcher designed a questinair which was
the main tool to collect data depending on available messures tested through
credibility and reliability. The researcher also made use of data fiom annual reports
that related to sample of study. To analuse data the researcher used different tools
( discriptive statistic, infiance statistic and non parametric statistic) along with SPSS.
The study reached a contemplated and practical theories that diagnosed the reality of
human resources planning and organizational culture ( independent variables ) in
realizing adequency of employees work ( dependent variables).
This elfect supports statistical framework cs study hypotheses. Consequently, a few
recommendations are presented , the most important of it is to stress the importance
of employees work adequency through a successfiil use of human resource planning
and orgnizational culture from a strategic poing of view that participate in enhancing
employees performance and promote compititive location of banks under study.
