التكنولوجيـا الحديثــة لإنتـاج وتكريـر الزيـوت النبــاتيـة حالة دراسية لمشكلات صناعة الزيوت في تشاد

Abstract

المستخلص باللغة العربية: يعالج هذا البحث المعوقات التي تواجه صناعة الزيوت النباتية للوفاء باحتياجات النسان من حيث الكمية والنوعية التي ترقي لمستوى المواصفات . القياسية لذلك فان البحث يهدف إلى تحديد اللية التقنية المناسبة لتطوير صناعة الزيوت النباتية في تشاد. فروض البحث حجم المادة الزيتية في بذور القطن التشادية ل تصل إلى النسبة القياسية، نتيجة .لتعرضها لعوامل بيئية وتصنيعية غير مناسبة الزيت الخام الناتج يحتوي على نسبة عالية من الحماض الدهنية الحرة، وذلك نتيجة .لتأثير المعاملت التكنولوجية المختلفة على البذور تعرض الزيوت المكررة في تشاد لتدهور في الجودة ، وارتفاع في نسبة الفقد ، نتيجة .لرداءة منظومة التكرير أهم النتائج في البحث وبعد إجراء اختبارات البحث بمعمل كل من شركة بيطار المتحدة ، ومركز البحوث والستشارات الصناعية بالخرطوم بحري – السودان ، أمكن التوصل إلى صحة جميع .فروض البحث، وتم وضع التوصيات والمقترحات اللزمة لحل المشكلة المستخلص باللغة النجليزية: This research discusses the obstacles which face the oil industry for ampling the human need, in terms of quantity and quality which rise to the standard specification level. Therefore, the aim of the research is to limit the suitable technological machinery to develop the vegetable oil industry in Chad. Hypothesis of the research 1. The oil ingredient size in Chadian cottonseed does not amount to the standard percentage because of unsuitable environmental and industrial factors. 2. The crude oil production consist of a high percentage of free fatty acids as a result of different technological processes effecting the seeds. 3. The refined oil in Chad is exposed to deterioration in the quality and rising of the loss rate, because of inferiority of refining system. Most important results in the research :- After making the tests of the research on both Bittar Company L.T.D, and Industrial Research and Consultancy Center in Khartoum-north Sudan. It become possible to reach the rightness of all the researches hypothesis, and to write the necessary recommendations and the conclusion for the solution of the problem.
