معالجة المخلفات الصناعية السائلة

Abstract

المستخلص باللغة العربية : ( ) تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على عينات مختلفة من الماء من مصنع دال للمواد الغذائية وهي ثلثة عينات كما يلي : .( ( قبل دخولها في الصناعة ماء البئر .( ( أثناء العملية الصناعية الماء المعالج ا عينة الأحواض النهائية قبل صبها في المجاري .وأخيرً وذلك بغرض تحديد مدى تلوث المياه من العمليات الصناعية عامة، ومن صناعة المشروبات الغازية . خاصة ومدى المعالجة التي تمت للمياه العادمة قبل صبها في المجاري، وهل هذه المعالجة جعلت ا أو غير مطابقة؟ .الماء العادم مطابق للمواصفات والمقاييس المسموح بها عالميً التية المعملية التحاليل إجراء تم ذلك لمعرفة) PH – Conductivity – Nitrate – SulphateChloride – Total Hardness – Carbonate – Bicarbonate - Hydroxide – BOD – COD – Phenol – TDS – K – Na – Ca – Mg) وجهاز الذري المتصاص جهاز مستخدمين PH وخضعت النتائج التي تم Spectrephotomotry – Uv وجهاز Enaubtom BOD وجهاز Meter– ا من ناحية والحد المسموح به وفق المواصفات الحصول عليها للمقارنة مع الحد المسموح به عالميً .للنتائج (SPSS . (القياسية السودانية من ناحية أخرى كذلك تم التحليل الحصائي حسب برنامج : وبعد إجراء المقارنة تم استنتاج التي أن مصنع دال للمواد الغذائية يقوم بإجراء معالجة دقيقة لمخلفاته الصناعية السائلة مما جعلها مطابقة ا . إلى حد كبير مع الحد المسموح به عالميً المستخلص باللغة النجليزية : This study has been made out of different samples of water taken from Dal Food Substance Factory. They are three samples as follows: Pre industrial process (a well water). During industrial process (Processed water). A sample taken from the last basins (before being channeled in to sewage). That in order to identify the extent of water pollution generate from the industrial process in general and carbonated drinks in particular in one hand and also to identify the extent of polluted water processing before being channeled in to sewage, and is that processing rendered the polluted water corresponding the international specification and measurements allowed or not on the other hand. Therefore the following laboratorial analysis have been done : (PH – Conductivity - Nitrate – Sulphate- Chloride – Total Hardness – Carbonate – Bicarbonate - Hydroxide – BOD – COD – Phenol – TDS – K – Na – Ca – Mg). Using atomic absorption instrument, PH. Meter instrument, BOD Enaubtom instrument and the Uv – Spectrephotomotry instrument. The results of the study compared by the international allowed limit in one hand and the allowed limit according to Sudanese specification and measurements on the other hand. Also statistical analysis (through SPSS) has been made in this study. Then after comparison, the following results have been deducted: - Dal Food Substance Factory does a precise processing of the liquid industrial wastes and that what make it correspond with the international T.
