Abstract

This study, titled undergo punishment for the principle of legality, how it was organized by the Sudanese, including punitive laws, and criminal, following this principle, and in Mtgosaia that include them, and the historical sequence and explained and analyzed, and interpreted, and then compared them with the Egyptian penal law, which within this principle in the Egyptian constitution for the year (1971) in Article (66/2). International conventions relevant point of Islamic law on the other hand. In order to stand on the legal guarantees, and constitutional given by Sudanese legislator to this principle, then stand on the strengths and shortcomings of the Sudanese criminal law and work on them in accordance with the policy drawn criminal.
