الدلالات التشخيصية لاختبار بقع الحبر لدى مرضى الاكتئاب بمستشفى التجاني الماحي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الدلالات التشخيصية (السمة العامة) لأداء مرضى الاكتئاب بمستشفى التجاني الماحي على المحددات الرئيسية لإختبار بقع الحبر، كما هدفت الى التعرف على الفروق التي تعزى للمتغيرات الآتية (النوع، العمر والمستوى التعليمي) بين مضطربي الاكتئاب بمستشفى التجاني الماحي. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة من (103) مريض منهم (60) ذكور و(43) إناث، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الصدفية، وقد تراوحت أعمارهم من 17-70 سنة، وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة إختبار بقع الحبر من إعداد هيرمان رورشاخ، وتم استخدام المعادلات الآتية لمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً: التكرارات، النسب المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الإنحراف المعياري، معاملات ارتباط الرتب لسبيرمان، تحليل التباين الأحادي، واختبار توكي ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية:- 1/ توجد فروق في السمة العامة (الدلالات التشخيصية) لأداء مرضى الاكتئاب بمستشفى التجاني الماحي على كل المحددات الرئيسية لإختبار بقع الحبر. 2/ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع عند تطبيق اختبار بقع الحبر على مرضى الاكتئاب بمستشفى التجاني الماحي. 3/لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين كل أبعاد بقع الحبر ومتغير العمر فيما عدا زمن الرجع للبطاقات الملونة. 4/ لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين أداء مرضى الاكتئاب على محددات اختبار بقع الحبر ومستوى التعليم فيما عدا (الزمن الكلي ، الاستجابات الكلية والاستجابات المألوفة). كما أوصت الدراسة باستخدام إختبار بقع الحبر في المستشفيات النفسية والمصحات والمراكز التشخيصية والعلاجية.

Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the general characteristic of the diagnostic signs of the performance of Depression patients at Al-Tijani Al-Mahi Hospital on the main determinants of the Rorschach in ink blot test, the aim was also to identify the differences that are attributed to the following variables :gender, age and educational level among the Depression disorder patients at Al-Tijani Al-Mahi Hospital . The descriptive approach was used, the study consisted of (103) individuals , of which (60) males and (43) females where selection the psoriasis method, their ages ranged from 17-70 years, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used test of ink blot by Hermann Rorschach, The following equations were used for statistical data processing: frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Spearman correlation coefficients, and analysis of the mono-variance, and then the study reached of the following results : 1/ There are differences in the general characteristics of the diagnostic signs for the performance of patients with depression at Al-Tijani Al-Mahi Hospital on all the major determinants of the ink blot test. / 2/ There are differences of statistical significant attributed to the type variable when applying in ink plot test tp patients with depression at Al-Tijani Al-Mahi Hospital. 3/ There is no correlation between dimensions of the ink blot test and the variable age except for the reaction time of colored cards. 4/There is no correlation between the performance of depression patients on the determinants of the ink blot test and the level of education except the total time dimensions of the macro responses and familiar responses. The study also recommended the use of ink blot in psychiatric hospitals, clinics and diagnostic and the rapeutic centers.
