دورالادارة الاهلية في حل الصراعات القبلية في السودان

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة من خلال المنهج الوصفي التاريخي إلى استعراض دور الادارة الاهلية في حل الصراعات القبيلة وذلك لان الإدارة الأهلية كانت تلعب دوراً محورياً في الضبط الاجتماعي وتهيئة مناخ السلم والمحافظة علي الأمن القبلي باعتبارها الأكثر التحاماً ودراية بشأن هذه المجتمعات كما أنها هي صاحبة المصلحة الحقيقية في استقرار المجتمعات القبلية واستدامة السلام بينها. مرت الادارة الاهلية بخمسة مراحل هي ما قبل 1922 ما بين 1922 إلى 1937 ثم من 1937 حتى 1969 ومن 1969 إلى 1989ى ثم المرحلة الحالية أي ما بعد 1989 . تتناول الورقة واقع الادارة الاهلية في ظل الحكومات الوطنية فقط . Abstract This paper through descriptive, historical method aims to discuss the role of Native Administration in resolving tribal conflicts in Sudan because Native Administration has been playing a pivotal role in social control and preservation of the tribal security. For, it is considered the Knowledgeable regarding the tribal communities as it is enjoys the real interest in the stability and sustainability of peace. Native Administration passed through five stages was pre 1922, between 1922 to 1937, from 1937 to 1969, from 1969 to 1989, then the current phase. However this paper tackles the National governments impact on Native Administration.
