الأمن الصحي في الشريعة الإسلامية

Abstract

من منطلق الضرورة الشرعية الإسلاميّة والدعوية والواقعية للأمن الصحي لجميع المجتمعات والحكومات بصورة عامة والمجتمع المسلم والحكومات الإسلامية بصورة خاصة, اختار الباحث عنواناً لبحثه باسم: ( الأمن الصحي بين الشريعة والطب البشري نظرة دعوية) حيث قسَّم الباحث هيكل الدراسة على ثلاثة مباحث لكل مباحث عدة مطالب، فنذكر نظرة الشريعة إلى الأمن الصحي, وعدم الإسراف في الأكل والشرب, وذلك بتثليث المعدة في الأكل والشرب والنفس, وكذلك أشار إلى اجتناب المسكرات وما يضر بالصحة, ونظرة الطب إلى الأمن الصحي, والتلقيح ضد الأمراض, ومكافحة الجراثيم والميكروبات, ومعالجة الأماكن الموبوءة, والمقارنة بين النظرتين: نظرة الشريعة إلى الأمن الصحي, ونظرة الطب إلى الأمن الصحي. Abstract The Researcher chooses this name form the necessity of the Islamic law and the health security’s reality to all societies and governments as general and specially the Muslim community and also the governments. The Researcher had divided the research frame work into three subjects for each subject many requests He has religious sight to the health security and not extravagance in eating drinking according to stomach need in eating, drinking and breath, in addition to avoided the alcoholic and other drinks that can hurt the health, and medicine sight to health security, and vaccination against germs and bacteria, also treating the infected areas comparison between the two sights.
