Abstract

This research aims to show the achieved results of the development objectives in Sudan for the third millennium in terms of health and poverty as they are closely associated during 1990 – 2013. The research problem focuses on: how to allocate the economical recourses for the developmental programs for the millennium, the negative consequences of the increase in poverty percentage and the shortage of the health resources, and what are the recourses that the government requires in order to tackle poverty and health issues.
