تحليل الطلب علي النقود في السودان خلال الفترة 1970-2005م

Abstract

ملخص البحث

تناول هذا البحث تحليل الطلب علي النقود في السودان خلال الفترة 1970-2005م وقد تبين نتيجة التحليل القياسي الذي استخدم نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد توطد علاقة الطلب علي النقود في السودان مع كل من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ومعدل التضخم وسعر الصرف.

هدفت الدراسة الي توضيح العوامل المؤثره في الطلب علي النقود في السودان وذلك من خلال صياغة نموذج قياسي يتميز بالكفاءة، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم اختبار الفرضية التالية:

. يوجد تأثير معنوي من العوامل المؤثره في الطلب علي النقود فى السودان والتي تتمثل في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ومعدل التضخم وسعر الصرف.

اعتمدت الدراسة في التحليل علي المنهج الوصفي وذلك من خلال جمع البيانات وتصنيفها وجدولتها كما تم استخدام المنهج القياسي وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد في تقدير الداله.

خلصت الدراسة الي النتائج التالية:

1. اتضح من خلال احصائية DURBIN WATSUN ان البيانات تعاني من مشكلة الارتباط الذاتي AUTO-CORRELATION وتم التغلب علي هذه المشكلة القياسية باستخدام واحده من طرق المعالجة تسمي طريقة ديربن واتسون ذات المرحلتين واسفرت المعالجة عن نتائج مشرفه حيث تم الحصول علي نموذج احصائي كفؤ وخالي من المشاكل الاحصائية والتي تؤثر سلبا" علي النتائج علاوة علي ذلك فانه ومن خلال جميع الاختبارات الاحصائية التي اجريت علي البيانات بعد معالجتها اتضح عدم معاناتها من أي من المشاكل التي تعيق سير التحليل الاحصائي.

2.هنالك علاقة طردية بين الطلب علي النقود في السودان وكل من الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ومعدل التضخم بينما توجد علاقة عكسية مع سعر الصرف.

اوصت الدراسة بالاتي:

1. يجب توفير الاسباب التي تؤدي الي زيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي باعتباره مؤشرا" للنمو الاقتصادي وذلك بضمان توافر عرض نقدي يفي بالطلب علي النقود والذي يقود الي زيادة في الانتاج وبالتالي زيادة في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي.

2. تحجيم التضخم بالحد من عرض النقود والذي يعتبر من اهم العوامل التي تؤدي الي زيادة التضخم.

3. العمل علي تشريع السياسات التي تقود الي ارتفاع سعر الصرف (ارتفاع قيمة العمله الوطنية مقابل العملات الاجنبيه) مما يضمن البيئة المواتية للاستثمار وتحسن الاوضاع الاقتصادية. ABSTRACT

This study aims to estimate the money demand function in Sudan,

and determine the relationship between the main variables which affect

on the function and to know their effect.

Annual data of real gross domestic product (GDP), inflation rate

and exchange rate are used for the period of (1970-2005).

A multi-regression model is applied to estimate the money demand

function.

This paper is focusing mainly on explaining the effective variables

on the money function demand, So for achieving this objective the

following hypothesis were developed and tested in the research:

.There is a significant effect between demand for money and the

related factors such as gross domestic product (GDP), inflation rate and

exchange rate.

The study followed the descriptive and

analytical methods. The research has ended

with the following findings:

1. The data used has auto-correlation that considered a statistical

drawbacks because it affects the reliability of the results, we

treated this problem by using the 2-statge Durbin Watson

technique.

2. There is a positive relationship between demand for money in

Sudan and both gross domestic product and inflation rate,

while there is a negative relationship between demand for

money in Sudan and exchange rate, these results are acceptable

economically and compatible with the economic theory.

According to this results we recommend that:

1. Means should be targeted to increase the gross domestic product.

An optimum increase in supply of money is needed to meet the money

supply that leads to an increase in gross domestic product.

2. Control the inflation through the control of money supply which is

considered as one of major factors which leads to inflation

increase.

3. Raise the value of exchange rate through monitory policy to

insure good investment environment which lead to a general

economic development.
