Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة دور بيئة الأعمال الخارجية في توطين الاستثمار الأجنبي الدول النامية بالتطبيق علي الشركات متعددة الجنسيات العاملة في السودان ، اعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج اهمها أن البحث عن معدل فائدة اعلي من أهم الاسباب التي تدفع المستثمر الأجنبي لنقل استثماراته إلى الخارج ، تمركز استثمارات الشركات متعددة الجنسيات في السودان في القطاع الخدمي والصناعي وضعف مساهمة الشريك المحلي في اسهم هذه الشركات وأوصت الدراسة بعدت توصيات اهمها وضع الية ساعد في تحويل ارباحها إلى الخارج من العملات الصعبة بدون التأثير علي كمية هذه العملات الدولة ،الزام الشركات توظيف الكفاءات المحلية في الوظائف العليا التي تمكنهم من صنع القرارات الإستراتيجية والاهتمام ببيئة الأعمال الدولية وتحسين العلاقات الاقتصادية مع المؤسسات المالية العالمية دول الاقتصاديات المتقدمة Abstract This study aimed to examine the role of external environment factors in location foreign investments outside their country, by applying to multinational companies operating in Sudan. The study followed the analytical descriptive method The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are Looking for a higher rate of benefits is one of the most important reasons for a foreign investor to move his investments abroad, followed by other economic factors, The investments of foreign multinationals in Sudan are concentrated in the service and industrial sectors, although Sudan is an agricultural country ,Low of the contribution of the local partner in the ownership of shares in companies, allowing the foreign investor full control of the project, The study recommended the following, Develop a mechanism that helps companies to transfer their profits to their home countries in hard currencies without affecting the amount of these currencies in the country, Obliging companies to employ local talent in senior leadership positions to enable them to make strategic decisions, take care of the international business environment and to improve economic and political relations with advanced economies.
