Abstract
The study showed the mediate role of material Incentives to relationship between managerial leadership styles (Autocracie, Democratic and Laissez Fair) and capabilities of managerial creativity (Originality and Fluency) of staff members in some of private Sudanese universities, The study problem is determined in a question; did material Incentives mediate the relationship between managerial leadership styles and managerial creativity?, The study aimed to measure the mediate role of material Incentives on the relationship between managerial leadership styles and managerial
