dc.description.abstractAbstract This research marketing information systems and their impact on the development of banking services has been a case study Bank of the Islamic north (Chair) covering the period from 2005 to 2009 and was the research problem Actual in what is the role of marketing information systems in their impact on the development of banking services provided to customers Bank the Islamic north, and most important objectives of the research identify the impact of marketing information systems Bank of the Islamic north and to identify the impact of computing in the development of banking services Bank of the Islamic north, and the hypotheses that the marketing information systems affect the efficiency increase Bank of the Islamic north, and the computerization of the banking system lead to a good banking services Bank Islamic north, and marketing information systems contribute to the achievement of the goals of the Islamic Bank of the North. The research was in Risih to a questionnaire distributed to a sample of this research in addition to personal interviews this side of secondary data that have been taken from the references and the use of the descriptive approach and the methodology of case study conclusions were reached through the proof of the validity of each hypothesis was the most prominent results of research and there after positively to the information systems to increase efficiency Altsubkip Bank of the Islamic north, and the interest of Bank of the Islamic north to train personnel in methods of marketing banking boosted the bank's ability to develop banking services provided to customers, and contributed to marketing information systems in achieving the goals Shamal Islamic Bank As well as research found a number of recommendations, notably the need to maintain marketing information systems to influence >responding to a greater efficiency Bank of the Islamic north, maintaining its competitive position and Dharorpalahtmam strategic plans carefully and choose the suitable ones in accordance with the circumstances of the Bank of the Islamic north and its potential physical and human studied aspects affect the esources and the need to follow the plans rperformance of the work of the Islamic Bank of the North and meet the wishes of customers.en_US
