‫‪Constitutional Framework to Combat corruption‬‬

Abstract

The study addressed the definition of the crime of corruption,

the crime I'm interested in great interest of the international

community, and to the increasing phenomenon of corruption, it has

been active international efforts that criminalize corruption and fight

him, the international community has witnessed numerous agreements

and treaties that guarantee to eliminate it in all its forms.

The study dealt with the concepts of anti-corruption, and

constitutional control of corruption and mechanisms of this fight, and

how to build the political will to confront it, and we talked about the

institutional framework of the fight against then independence of the

judiciary and its role in the fight against corruption

That was the highlight of the serious crime

The study concluded that the findings and recommendations,

including:

1. The most important results of the corruption that lead to greater

corruption and serious economic crimes and the most serious crime of

money laundering.

2. The most important recommendations to improve wage levels,

incomes and private groups that deal with the public from public

officials.
