Abstract
Abstract
This study tackles the ways of training technical inspectors
for basic level Schools, in order to develop and promote it
towards the requirements of recent developments and map out
principles and criteria which required for nominating technical
directors, to develop the educational process. l
This researcher has used the description method, which
analyzed the teclmical inspector’s effect, on the basic level
teachers training.
The research samples are exemplified in technical
inspectors of basic level schools in Port Sudan. These inspectors
are either holders of Sudanese certificate or University graduates
in addition to some leaders in the education field in the Red Sea
state and some teachers of basic -level schools who graduated
from different colleges of education.
The research has come outwith the following findings:
~ Criteria for nominating technical inspection posts should
be based on technical inspection principles and on other
educational criteria set forth by the Ministry of Education.
~ Educational psychology course should be a fundamental
subject in the training courses in order to assist the
teachers of basic level schools to practice their work in a
proper way. '
0 Providing a separate budget for technical inspection
project for constructing workshops, training course,
educational workshops, exhibitions in addition to libraries
which can respond to the needs of technical inspectors,
teachers and pupils.
¢ Technical directors should link the schools with the local
community.
0 Technical inspectors should encourage and create good
relations among school members. He should also consider
individual difference among pupils.
0 Technical inspectors should practice their work in a such
democratic way to create a proper schooling climate.
The researcher has arrived at the following recommendation:
Drawing a comparison between the technical
inspector’s who has spent between (°-V years) in
teaching with conducting graduate studies and
successive training courses and the technical inspectors
performance, who has- spent more than Y~ years in
teaching without conducting any graduated studies and
limited training courses.
The family and living cir cam stances from which the
technical inspector, in the basic level, is suffering and
the effect on the educational process. '
Effect of sending teachers to study in college of
educational, basic level, for four years on the pupil and
the educational institution.
