dc.description.abstractAbstract: In this research the effect of temperature and the injected current were applied, studied and discussed on the output power of the laser diode (808nm). The results’ showed that the power of the laser diode increases by increasing the injected current and temperature, it also showed that the increasing of the injected current results in the heat’s rising, which also, results into decreasing the laser diode output power during the highest temperature as well.en_US
