dc.description.abstractIn this study the leaves has been taken for honey pumpkin and bitter melon in order to study some physical properties such as optical properties and physical characterization by using Fourier Transform Infra red FT-IR Spectrometer. And the X-Ray Fluorescence XRF Spectrometer . To find the concentration of elements ( (potassium (K), calcium (Ca), chromium (Cr) ,Magnesium(Mn),Iron(Fe),Nickel(Ni), copper(cu), Zinc (Zn),Lead (pb) ,Bromine (Br) , Rubidium (Rb), Strontium (Sr)) was found the bonds ( Alkenes ) - C = C - , It was found that concentration Calcium in honey pumpkin is grater than in bitter melonen_US
