Abstract

ABSTRACT This research present to management controlling reality study and its effect on the performance In The Government Secondary School. That The controlling concept linked with performance and it development with consider that the controlling process is continuously and not static the ending results, or after ending Implementation. Which is link with mgt controlling function in fallow- up and results evaluation which emanate of diverse effort or which is concern ace with controlling or personal them self achievement by application on Government Secondary School in Khartoum State. The research assume That There is a weakness in The management controlling methods using, and that the education and management situations to Government Schools performance deterioration the study included the main palts:- That part one of the theoretical frame work which presented the education in Sudan and generally the development stages in education with concentrate on public administration specifically to Secondary education. In addition to management controlling presentation as comprehensively and the management controlling In the education field The part two is Analysis present to educational system Through evaluation and measurement to the performance study in educational field, and through that the researcher performed with it. By the Secondary Schools in Khartoum State, This part attend with the study data describe analysis. The third part include the study results discussion, according To this the researcher arrived to number of recommendations. Part tow presented analysis description to study data arrived to the following result : l. There are numbers of reasons performed to usage weakness of modem controlling method . 2. There are numbers of reasons influence of the government schools performance . 3. There are number of reasons influences The teachers Situation like Experiences Training and Skills and psychological and social structure and in light of the objectives and hypothetical study the researcher discusses. This results which arrived to number of recommendation, improvement the most important of their suitable the raising of teacher efficiency
