ABSTRACT
This research present to management controlling reality study
and its effect on the performance In The Government Secondary
School.
That The controlling concept linked with performance and it
development with consider that the controlling process is
continuously and not static the ending results, or after ending
Implementation. Which is link with mgt controlling function in
fallow- up and results evaluation which emanate of diverse effort
or which is concern ace with controlling or personal them self
achievement by application on Government Secondary School in
Khartoum State.
The research assume That There is a weakness in The
management controlling methods using, and that the education and
management situations to Government Schools performance
deterioration the study included the main palts:-
That part one of the theoretical frame work which presented
the education in Sudan and generally the development stages in
education with concentrate on public administration specifically to
Secondary education.
