through solid state reaction route. The information about the molecular bonding is
obtained from the FTIR spectra. The calculated band gap from UN
-
Visible spectra
characterizes the (insulating) nature of the material
and
a
data analysis
the result showed
that all posses high band gab energy (3.9
–
4.2
–
4.4eV) respectively. The absorption is
(1.5, 1.6 and 4.7), an extinction coefficient (0.002, 0.008 and
0.082
), for all samples
