The present paper tackles the importance problem of water in the next stage of the Sudanese developmental. It is clear that the water became more important resources needed for development in general and agricultural development in particular. 'l'he water sharing plans in the nile Basin give Sudan Just 20.5 Milliard cubic meters and the main portion of agricultural Production in the Sudan relies on Nile Water. The result of linear correlation between the examined virables (water and cultivated area and production) to be positive in the irrigated agricultural scheme. the Sudan does not fully utilize its share of the River Nile Water during (1974-2003). and then there is the future water shortage in the region are expected and the growth population is becaming increasingly, This phases made Sudan need more than his total share. and it is clear that the Sudan need work towards amore sustainable economic and agricultural development and need desperately astrategic posture. an alliance with Nile Basin Countries to coalesce their powers into ameaningful force for safeguard water interest.
