دور التعليم العالي في عملية الحراك الاجتماعي في المجتمع الليبي : دراسة حالة مجتمع مدينة صبراتة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور التعليم العالي في عملية الحراك الاجتماعي وأثره على المجتمع الليبي وتحديدا مدينة صبراته وعلاقة التعليم العالي بالحراك الاجتماعي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير إستبانه موزعة على خمسة محاور لأخذ وجهات نظر خريجي الجامعات الليبية وخاصة مدينة صبراته في تحديد درجة الحراك الاجتماعي الذي أحثه التعليم العالي على المجتمع الليبي وعلى وجه الخصوص مدينة صبراته وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصف التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة واختارت عينة عشوائية قصدية مكونة من خريجي وطلاب التعليم العالي بلغت (200) فرد حيثُ قامت الباحثة بمعالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام برامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( spss ) وخلصت الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها: أن التعليم العالي دور في الحراك الاجتماعي في المجتمع الليبي بدرجة عالية وجاء بدرجات عالية بالنسبة للمجال الاجتماعي وبدرجة متوسطة للمجال بالنسبة للمجال الإقتصادي. وأن الدراسة توصي بالعمل على تحسين رواتب حملة البكالريوس بحيث لا تكون الفجوة واسعة بين المستويات الثلاثة ، وكذلك التنويع في تخصصات التعليم العالي بما يتناسب وحاجات سوق العمل المحلي والعربي ، وكذلك العمل على ربط التعليم العالي بحاجات المجتمع وحاجة الاقتصاد الوطني وسوق العمل ليتناسب مع التحولات الاقتصادية والسياسية التي يمر بها المجتمع الليبي وخاصة مدينة صبراته مما يترتب عليه زيادة الطلب على الخرجين وتحسين أوضاعهم الاقتصادية وذلك بدوره يؤدي إلى حراك اقتصادي جيد ، وأيضاً توصي العمل على إجراء دراسات مقارنة لدور التعليم العالي في الحراك الاجتماعي لعينات مختلفة من المجتمع الليبي لتحديد حاجاته المختلفة .

Abstract: The study aimed identify the role of higher education in social mobility process and its impoact in the Libyan society and the city of sbratha as well as the relationship of higher education and social mobility in some variables , and to achieve the objectives of the study was to develop questionnaire distributed to five axes to take the views of students and education and from Libyan universities and private students in the city of sabratha determine caused by higher education Libyan society and particularly the city of sabratha . the researcher applied have followed the analytical description of the appropriateness of the study and chose a random sample total 200 students and graduates of universities where the researcher to address the data obtained using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences', the study of a set of findings and recommendations ,including : That higher educations role in social and that the study recommenders working on tow bachelor holders salaries so that on gap is wide between the three levels of society , as well as diversity in higher education disciplines , commensurate with the needs of the local labor market , Arab, and also work on linking higher education to the needs of society and the needs of the national economy and the labor market to fit with transitions Economic , social and political , which passes by the Libyan society and the private community of Sabratha resulting in increased demand for graduates and in turn,leads to good economic mobility . The study also commends working on comparative studies of the role of higher education in social mobility for different samples of Libyan society ,until he stand.
