الإستقرار الأمني وأثره على التعليم في العراق

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الحروب على استقرار العملية الدراسية، ودراسة ظاهرة عدم استمرار الطلاب في المدارس ، ومعرفة العوامل التي أدت الى تدني مستوى الطلاب . كما ان ظاهرة انخفاض نسب النجاح في المدارس من أهم اهداف هذا البحث ، اضافة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين متغير الاستقرار الامني لدى الطلبة ومتغير التحصيل الدراسي.إعتمد الباحث على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والذي يدرس الظاهرة كما في الواقع ويصفها وصفا دقيقا ويوضح خصائصها عن طريق جمع المعلومات وتحليلها من عينة تم أخذها من مجتمع يتألف من الطلبة في المدارس العراقية للأعوام الدراسية من ( 1989- 1990) ولغاية( 2015-2016 ) وشملت البيانات كل من رياض الأطفال ، والتعليم الابتدائي ، والتعليم الثانوي ، والتعليم المهني بكافة اقسامه ، والمعاهد ( معاهد المعلمين ومعاهد الفنون الجميلة ). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 100 ) شخص بلغ عدد الذكور فيها ( 61 ) وعدد الإناث (39 ) ، فيما كان عدد المدرسين (60) مدرس وعدد المعلمين (40) معلم . توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي من أهمها: إن الامن في العراق له آثار كبيرة في المجال الإجتماعي والنفسي والإقتصادي والتحصيل الاكاديمي للطلاب والمجال المدرسي والمجال الاكاديمي. كما ان له آثار سلبية على الطلاب وعلى عدد المدارس وعدد المعلمين والمدرسين. كما يوجد ضعف من إهتمام اولياء الأمور بمتابعة مستوى ابنائهم لعدم الاستقرار الأمني وايضاً إنعدام الهدف من التعلم أو غموضه بسبب الوضع الأمني. كما قدم الباحث العديد من التوصيات التي نورد منها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث حول الاستقرار الامني واثره على التحصيل الدراسي وكيفية إبعاد الطالب عن الوضع الأمني والاخبار السيئة. عقد اجتماعات فردية وجماعية بين أدارة المدرسة والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور بصورة مستمرة ، لعمل علاقات مع أولي الأمر وتوضيح اهمية التعليم لاحظنا ضعف الأهتمام بمتابعة مستوى الطالب واتجاه ولي الأمر نحو عمل الطالب لأنه يرى عدم الجدوى من الدراسة . وعمل ندوات ارشادية مستمرة للطلاب لتحسين الأمن النفسي داخل المدارس . وكذلك المتابعة الدقيقة من ادارة المدرسة لكافة مستويات الطلاب منذ بداية السنة . محاولة لمعالجة المشاكل التي تواجه الطالب وكيفية التخلص منها . وبث الروح المعنوية بين الطلاب وشرح الأهداف من وراء الدراسة لأنها السبيل لمستقبله ، حيث لاحظنا تأـثر الطالب بالوضع الأمني وجهله بالمستقبل، وتفعيل دور المرشد التربوي. Abstract The aim of this research is to know the impact of the wars on the education stability, to study the phenomenon of the non-continuation of students in schools, low success rates in schools , to find out the factors that led to the low level of students performance , in addition to the recognition of the relationship between the variable stability and security of the students and changing academic achievement. The research depends on the analytical and descriptive methods which are studying the phenomenon and describe it by collection and analysis of information . A sample has been taken from population of teachers in Iraqi schools for the academic years (1989 - 1990) until ( 2015-2016). The data included the kindergartens, primary education, secondary education, vocational education in all divisions , and institutes ( teacher-training colleges and institutes of arts). The size sample was (100) of a instructor and a teacher, the number of males ( 61 ) and the number of females (39), while the number of instructor (60) and the number of teachers (40). The researcher find out some result as follows: The security stability in Iraq has impact in the following: social and psychological field , social reintegration of the academic achievement of students and schooling field and academic achievement of students . Also the security stability in Iraq has affect in education and academic achievement and made a negative impact on students, the number of schools and the number of teachers. Also There is the weakness of parents’ attention to follow-up to the level of their children, and the reason refer to security instability as well as the lack of objective of learning or mystery because of the security instability situation. The researcher recommended that: There must be many further studies and research on the security stability , its impact on the academic achievement and how to keep the student from the security situation and bad news. Holding individual and group meetings between the school administration , the teachers and parents continuously. Make relations with the parent and explain the importance of learning and following the weakness and the level of student . An attempt to address the problems facing the student and how to get rid of them. Activating the role of the educational counselor
