أثر البعثات الدبلوماسية على العلاقات السودانية المصرية {الفترة من1990ـ 2017م}

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة موضوع (أثر البعثات الدبلوماسية على العلاقات السودانية المصرية) وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن الفترة الممتدة من1990 إلى2017م مثلت منعطفاً تاريخياً مهما في مثار العلاقات السودانية المصرية لما لها من أثر على تطور في العلاقات بين البلدين وعلاقة كل ذلك بالتطورات الإقليمية والدولية والخلافات الأيدولوجية بينهما وما مدى تأثير البعثات الدبلوماسية علي العلاقات بين البلدين ومن هنا تأتي عدة أسئلة:ما مدى تأثير البعثات الدبلوماسية السودانية على العلاقات مع مصر؟ ما مدى تأثيرالبعثات الدبلوماسية في حل القضايا المشتركة بين البلدين؟ هلالاختلاف المذهبيفي السياسية اثر على البعثات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين.لذا نبعت أهمية البحث من كونه يعالج مسألة مهمة وهي العلاقات السودانية المصرية ويركز على أثر البعثات الدبلوماسية السودانية مع مصر وقضايا العلاقات بين البلدين وتطويرها في العديد من المجالات. ويفترض البحث للبعثات الدبلوماسية السودانية اثر علي العلاقات مع مصر ، البعثات الدبلوماسية لها اثر واضح في حل القضايا المشتركة بين البلدين ، للاختلاف المذهبي السياسي اثر كبير في العلاقات السودانية المصرية منذ مجيء نظام الانقاذ وخلص البحث إلى أن للبعثات الدبلوماسية السودانية أثر ايجابي في العلاقات بين البلدين. والتأثير الإيجابي للبعثات الدبلوماسية السودانية في حل القضايا المشتركة بين البلدين. وأوصت الدراسة بأن تكون البعثات هي المبادر الاساسي في العلاقات بين البلدين وتطويرها،ووضع حلول للقضايا المشتركة التي تعمل على توتر العلاقات بين البلدين. وأن تتجاوز البعثة الخلافات السياسية عبر العمل الاقتصادي والثقافي ووضع مبادرات تعمل على تفعيل العمل المشترك. Abstract The study dealt with the issue of the impact of diplomatic missions on Sudanese-Egyptian relations. The problem of research was that the period from 1990 to 2017 represented an important historical turning point in the Sudanese-Egyptian relations because of their impact on the development of relations between the two countries and their relationship with regional and international developments and ideological differences between them. The extent of the impact of the diplomatic missions on the relations between the two countries and here come several questions: How the impact of the Sudanese diplomatic missions on relations with Egypt? What is the impact of diplomatic missions on resolving common issues between the two countries? The importance of the research stems from the fact that it deals with the important issue of Sudanese-Egyptian relations and focuses on the impact of the Sudanese diplomatic missions with Egypt and the issues of relations between the two countries and their development in many fields.
