Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي (دِرَاسَةٌ حالة شركة MTN للاتصالات ) وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في كيفية إيجاد آلية وكوادر قادرة على استخدام نظام المعلومات الإدارية باعتبارها النظام الأهم والأفضل في أي وحدة أو منشأة والآلية التي تنفذ بها أدوات نظم المعلومات الإدارية ، تكمن أهمية البحث من معرفة ما إذا كان لنظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين أداء المنظمة ككل واتخاذ القرارات بصورة خاصة ، هدف البحث دراسة أهمية نظم المعلومات الإدارية في المنشآت وأنواعها.التعرف على مفهوم النظام المتكامل للمعلومات الإدارية وأهميته في عملية تحقيق التميز المؤسسي ، التعرف على المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق النظام المتكامل للمعلومات الإدارية ودورها فى تحقيق التميز المؤسسي ، دراسة أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في شركة MTN للاتصالات. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اختبار الفرضيات التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأنظمة المستخدمة و التميز المؤسسي .توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مشغلو الشبكات و التميز المؤسسي ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البرمجيات و التميز المؤسسي، توصل البحث الي عدة نتائج منها: تمتلك الشركة مبرمجين مهرة في اعمال الشبكات مما ميزها عن غيرها ، تستعين المنشأة بخبراء أجانب ذوي مهارة عالية في مجال الشبكات وتميزها تقنياً ، نظم المعلومات الإدارية تساعد المتخصصين في مجالات البرمجيات لاكتشاف آفاق جديدة ، كما اوصى البحث بعدة توصيات منها : الاهتمام بالبيئية التقنية داخل الشركة في التواصل مع العالم الخارجي يوصي الباحث الشركة بالاستعانة بانظمة اكثر دقة. يوصي الباحث بان تخضع الكوادر في الشركة الي تقييم قدرات مستمر.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method and the case study methodology. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the following hypotheses were tested: There is a statistically significant relationship between the systems used and the institutional excellence. There is a statistically significant relationship between the network operators and the institutional excellence. There is a statistically significant relationship between software and excellence The research has several results, including: The company has skilled programmers in network work, which distinguish it from others. The facility employs foreign experts who are highly skilled in the field of networks and their technical excellence. The MIS helps software specialists to discover the horizons The researcher recommends that the cadres in the company be subject to continuous assessment of capabilities.
