دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع الاداري في المصارف التجارية العاملة بالسودان دراسة حالة (بنك البلد)

Abstract

المستخلص في ظل بيئة متسارعة الاحداث وكثيرة التغيير تبرز حاجة المصارف للأبداع الاداري لتستطيع تقديم كل ما هو جديد عن طريق الاستثمار في الاصول الفكرية وذلك بهدف البقاء والاستمرار والمنافسة والنمو، هدف البحث الي اختبار العلاقة بين بين رأس المال الفكري والابداع الاداري ببنك البلد ، والتعرف علي الدور الذي يلعبه راس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع الاداري، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع الاداري في المصارف التجارية العاملة بالسودان ، ويمكن صياغة مشكلة البحث في الاجابة علي السؤال الرئيسي التالي ما هو دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع الاداري؟ افترض البحث انه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رأس المال الفكري والابداع الاداري، وتتفرع منها الفرضيات التالية: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ابعاد رأس المال الفكري وابداع العاملين، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ابعاد رأس المال الفكري والابتكار التسويقي، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ابعاد رأس المال الفكري ومناخ الابداع ،استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وكان مجتمع البحث من موظفين بنك البلد بولاية الخرطوم، وتم توزيع (113) استبانة واسترد منها (95) استبانة صالحة للتحليل، استخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل بيانات البحث ، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: العاملون لديهم القدرة علي اقتراح الحلول السريعة لمواجهة مشاكل العمل في البنك، الموظفين يتمتعون بمؤهلات تتناسب مع المستوى الذي تطلبه مهامهم، توفرت لدي البنك القدرة على رؤية جوانب العمل من زاويا مختلفة، أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات منها: ضرورة توفير مبادرات لتبني الافكار الجديدة والبحث عن حلول لمشكلات العمل، ضرورة العمل على الاختصاصات بين الوحدات التنظيمية المختلفة بالبنك، الاهتمام بالأنظمة والإجراءات التنظيمية في البنك التي تدعم الإبداع .

Abstract The research aims to test the relationship between intellectual capital and managerial creativity at Bank Albilad, and to determine the role intellectual capital plays in achieving administrative creativity. The research problem is the role of intellectual capital in achieving administrative creativity in The research assumed that there is a relationship with statistical significance between intellectual capital and administrative creativity. The following hypotheses are subdivided from it: There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimension of intellectual capital and the creativity of workers. There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimension of intellectual capital and marketing innovation. There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimension of intellectual capital and the climate of creativity. The researcher followed in this research the descriptive analytical method, and the research community consists of employees of Al-Balad Bank in Khartoum State, and (113) questionnaires were distributed and 95 of them (95) were retrieved valid for analysis using the SPSS program to analyze the research data, the study reached several results, including: The staff of the staff have the ability to suggest quick solutions to address the problems of work in the bank, the employees have qualifications commensurate with the level required by their tasks, the bank has the ability to see aspects of the work from different angles, the study recommended recommendations including: the need to provide initiatives to adopt new ideas and research For solutions to business problems , Harm damage work session between the different organizational units in the bank, attention to the bank’s regulatory systems and procedures that support creativity.
