dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to study the impact of the accounting dealing with corporate governance in the evaluation of the efficiency of the composition of investment portfolios decisions, and encourage investment in, and the extent of the impact of corporate governance disclosure in the financial statements items, to strengthen investor confidence in the financial statements, and ccombating fraud and financial and administrative corruption. T The study population consisted of the listed companies at market Khartoum Stock Exchange and its number is 38 companies. The number of employees and the agents of the joint stock companies in Khartoum Stock Exchange is 123 in addition to the market’s employees their number reached 19, so the study population become 142. The study relied on historical approach to display the previous studies, the deductive approach to determine the nature of the problem, and determine the research hypotheses, and descriptive analytical approach, to study the case.
