المراجعة في ظل نظم المعلومات المحاسبية الإلكترونية (دراسة ميدانية لعينة من مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية في السودان)

Abstract

هنالك بعض المشكلات التي ظلت تواجه المراجعة الإلكترونية لم تجد حظها من البحث، لدراسة بعض جوانب المراجعة الإلكترونية التي لم تغطيها البحوث السابقة، وأحد أهداف هذا البحث تقديم دراسة متكاملة عن نظم المعلومات المحاسبية الإلكترونية، وكيفية مراجعتها ومراجعة التقارير المالية الصادرة عنها، وبيان إجراءاتها وأساليبها، والمخاطر الناجمة عنها. تأكيد أهمية التقيد بإجراء وأساليب التحقق من صحة البرامج المحاسبية الإلكترونية، وأهمية تطبيق إختبارات رقابة النزاهية للتحقق من نزاهة البرامج الإلكترونية التي يعتمد المراجع عليها لإبداء رأيه في البيانات المالية الصادرة عنها، وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج التي حققت أهداف البحث. Abstract: There are some problems that have been facing the electronic audit did not find their share of the search, to the study of some aspects of the review of electronic research coverage outside the former research one of the objectives of this research is to provide an integrated study on account information systems programs, and how to auditing them, and auditing their financial reports, and describe their procedures, methods and risks. Emphasize the importace of adhering to procedures and methods of verifying the validity of account information systems programs, and the importace of applying integrity control tests to verify integrity of information systems programs on which the auditor relies to express his opinion on the financial statements issued, the researcher’s findings confirm that the research achieved his goals.
