العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المؤدية للتسرب الدراسي (دراسة ميدانية لمدارس التعليم الأساسي بالقطاع الغربي لمحلية بربر)

Abstract

مستخلص تناولت هذه الدراسة العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للتسرب المدرسي ،دراسة ميدانية لمدارس التعليم الأساسي بالقطاع الغربي لمحلية بربر وكانت أهداف الدراسة هي معرفة العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتسرب المدرسي والوصول إلي نتائج تفيد في معالجة الظاهرة .ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي ومعلمات مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بالقطاع الغربي لمحلية بربر ومن التلاميذ المتسربين. وتم اختيار عينة قدرها (32) معلم ومعلمة و(29) تلميذ وتلميذة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات والمنهج المستخدم هو المنهج الوصفي .وتوصلت الدراسة إلي عدد من النتائج أهمها: هنالك عوامل اجتماعية للتسرب المدرسي منها كثرة المشكلات الأسرية ،التفكك الأسري ،عدم وجود أخصائيين اجتماعيين بالمدارس وعدم الاهتمام بالتلميذ في حياته الدراسية.وهنالك عوامل اقتصادية للتسرب المدرسي وأهمها تعدين الذهب ،حاجة الأسرة للتلميذ للمساعدة في كسب العيش وعجز الأسرة عن توفير احتياجات التلميذ المدرسية. وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات وأهمها :الاهتمام بالأسرة ورفع الوعي الاجتماعي لها ،الاهتمام بالتعليم الأساسي وبصفة خاصة في المناطق الريفية وتأهيل المدارس الريفية والاهتمام بالأوضاع الاقتصادية للأسرة الريفية ومساعدتها علي إيجاد وسائل تزيد دخلها حتى تتمكن من تعليم أبنائها.

Abstract This study addressed the social factors of the schooling dropout. The objectives of the study, is to find out the social factors of the school dropout .Knowledge of economic factors for school dropout, and access to results useful in the treatment of this phenomenon. The research community is composed of teachers (male and female) of basic schools of the western sector Barbar Locality, and the pupils who drop out. It was taking a sample of 30 teachers (males and females) and 29 from pupils who dropout (male and female).The questionnaire has been used as a tool for data collection. The approach used in the study is the descriptive approach. The study concluded to several results, the most important are: There are social factors school dropout, including the large number of family problems, lack of social specialists in the schools, and the lack of attention to the student during his school life, and there are economic factors, the most important, the emergence of gold mining, the family needs of the pupil, to help make a living, the family inability to provide the student’s school needs, the student's inability on matching studying and working. Then the researcher developed a number of recommendations, the most important: Attention to the family and to raise the social awareness of her. Attention to basic education, particularly in rural areas. Interest in economic conditions of rural family, and help them to find ways to increase their income to be able to educate their sons.
