Abstract

7 Abstract This study aims to know the role of administrative organization in developing the performance of Earthmoving Branch Corporation (EBC) and the administrative problems and obstacles which face the (EBC). The research problem is that The existing administrative organization in (EBC) is not suitable to its nature and activities and some of the managers are unaware of the importance of administrative organization in developing (EBC) performance. In this study, the descriptive methodology, statistical analysis techniques and questionnaire are used in data collection. The study is based on hypothesis, that there is a relation between administrative organization in (EBC) and performance development. The study have organized in four chapters. Chapter one is on introduction which includes the general framework of the study and previous studies. Chapter two is about the concepts of the administrative organization. and concepts of performance development. Chapter three is adescription of the EBC).Chapter four includes the field study, analysis of data, the results and recommendations. The main result of the study is that the administrative organization in (EBC) is in need of development and the managers must contribute to decision making and get the benefit from the qualified personate in applying the administrative organization that develops the (EBC). The main recommendation of the study is that the managers of the department in ( EBC ) should be involved in the decision making process.
