| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT In this work , the NiCoFeONanoparticles ferrites (where x= 0.0, 0.2, 0.4,0.6 and 0.8) were Synthesized using co-precipitation method. The investigation of structural and optical properties was carried out for the synthesized samples using X-ray diffractometer (XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR ) and Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer(UV – Vis) .XRD revealed that the structure of these nanoparticles is cubic spinel structure with crystal size 9.44 - 5.75 nm .Lattice parameter was found to be 7.5Aᵒ .FTIR spectroscopy confirmed the formation of spinal ferrite by showing the characteristics absorption band around 3123, 1620 , 1403 , 530 , and 419 . the energy band gap was calculated using UV-VIS spectrophotometer and was found to be 5.13,4.88, 4.82 , 4.79 , and 4.58eV respectively; these results confirm that the subsistance is an insulator | en_US |
