Abstract

The researcher found several results, including: 1 / There is sufficient interest in the management of the stores by the senior management. 2 / the use of modern methods of inventory management led to raise the efficiency of the performance of national Baalheiih of electricity. 3 / stability and efficiency of the administrative organization of the national stock Baalheiih of electricity led to the improvement and improve performance. Also found several recommendations were the most important of the following: 1) interest Baaltaktit and develop inventory management procedures. 2) attention to the internal organization of the stores in order to facilitate transportation and handling process. 3) Baalmkhazn staff training and rehabilitation to keep up with recent developments in the management of the stores.
