Sع 50ع ofع totalع A Minimum عinhibitory عconcentration ع)MIC) عof عvancomycin عsusceptibility عto Staphylococcus aureus عisolates عwas عdetermined عby عthe عagar عdiffusion عand E-test عtechniques. :Results isolatesع (MRSA (ع aureus Staphylococcusع resistantع methicillinع Allع showed عno عinhibition عzone عto عmethicillin. عBy عthe عE-test عtechnique, ع)42%) 21 عstrains عof عthe عMRSA عinvestigated were عfound عsensitive, ع)50%) ع25 strains عwere عintermediate عsensitive, عand عonly ع)8%) ع4 عstrains عwere عresistant ع .vancomycinع to :Conclusion aureus Staphylococcusع ofع detectionع forع methodع goodع theع isع test-Eع Theع ع ع ع ع ع ع strains عresistant عto عvancomycin. عVancomycin عsusceptibility of ع Staphylococcus aureus عis عdecreasing عand عisolation عof عvancomycin عresistant Staphylococcus aureus عhad عbeen عreported. 10 ملخص الأطروحة الخلفية: عقار الفانكومايسين يعتبر العلاج الأفضل للالتهابات التي تسببها المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المقاومة للميثيسيلين . ومن السىء كثرت انتشار المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المقاومة للفانكومايسين في العديد من دول العالم . الأهدااف : هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المقاومة للفانكومايسين بين السلالات المقاومة للميثيسيلين , وذلك باستخدام طريقة الانتشار داخل الاغار وطريقة اختبار E . المواد والطرق: تم عزل 50 سلالة من المكورات العنقودية الذهبية من عينات سريريه . الحد الأدنى من تركيزالفانكومايسين المثبط للمكورات العنقودية الذهبية تم عمله بطريقة الانتشار داخل الاغار واختبار E للتأكد من وجود المقاومة . النتائج : كل المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المقاومة للميثيسيلين كانت سلبية في أطباق الاغار . وعن طريق اختبار E أوضحت الدراسة أن من بين سلالات المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المقاومة للميثيسيلين كان هناك (42%)21 سلالة كاملة الحساسية , وهناك (50%) 25 سلالة متوسطة الحساسية , وهناك(8 %) أربعة سلالات فقط كاملة المقاومة للفانكومايسين . الخلاصة: أظهرت الدراسة أن اختبار E هو الطريقة المثالية للكشف عن سلالات المكورات العنقودية الذهبية المقاومة للميثيسيلين للفانكومايسين . وأن حساسية سلالات المكورات العنقودية الذهبية لعقارالفانكومايسين قد قلت كثيرا . وظهرت سلالات مقاومة لهذا العقار | en_US |
