Abstract
Abstract
this study was performed at Omdrman state during period 2021 -2022. the Aim of the study was to compare the growth of T.vaginalis in glucose and normal saline .
Material and Methods:
Samples ( urine and vaginal swabs ) was obtained from 32
Women presented with gynaecologic disorder at Ombda Hospital .
Urine sample Was Centrifuge and sediment was examined under microscope.Swabs was put on clean slides ,cover and examined under microscope.
Result:
out of 30 urine sample 6(20%)women positive. Two (100%) vaginal swabs was positive .The percentage of infection in married and single women was 33.3% and 66.6% respectively. The growth rate in glucose was higher than normal saline.

اجريت الدراسة في مدينة امدرمان - السودان في مستشفي امبدة في الفترة من
نوفمبر 2021 الي مايو . الهدف من الدراسة : تحديد معدل نمو طفيل الترايكوموناس فاجانالس في محلول السكر و محلولالملح.
اعداد والاساليب: من بين النساء اللاتي يعانين من امراض النساء 6 امراة من اللاتي ظهر الترايكوموناس فاجانالس في بوليهن شاركن في الدراسة . تم اخذ مسحتين من المهبل .زراعة الطفيل افضل طريقه في تحديد الترايكوموناس اظهرت الدراسة ظهورالطفيل و المحافظه عليها فتره طويله في محلول السكر اكثر من ساعتين . اما في محلول الملح ظهورالطفيل فتره قصيره من 10 الي 30 دقيقه . ظهورالطفيل في انبوبة الاختبار المظلمة اكثر من المعرضه للضوء.
