أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة علىالأداء ا لمؤسسي دراسة حالة بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني

Abstract

المستخلص هدف البحث التعرف على أثرتطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملةعلى الأداءالمؤسسي،بالتطبيق على بنك فيصل الاسلامي السوداني، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في وجود قصور يحول دون تطبيق ادارةالجودةالشاملة بصورةكاملة في البنك .واختبرالبحث عدة فروض وهي: 1/ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التركيزعلي رضا العملاء والأداء في بنك فيصل . 2/توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائىة بين الإهتمام بالتحسين المستمر والأداء في البنك في فيصل . 3/وتوجدعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائة بين تطبيق إستراتيجية الجودة والإداء في البنك فيصل . 4/ توجدعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دعم الإدارة لتطبيق للجودة والأداء في بنك فيصل اتبع البحث المنهج التأريخي والوصفي التحليلي،وإستخدام البرنامجالإحصائي للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS)،وتوصل البحث الى عدةنتائج منها . تهتم ادارةالبنك بتطبيق ادارةالجودةالشاملة كإسترتيجية لتحقيق الأهداف طويلة المدى وفق رؤية ورسالة واضحة للعاملين، ويتم التركزعلى رضاالعملاء من خلال توفيراحتياجاتهم وإشباع رغباتهم، الإهتمام بالتحسين المستمرمعا لمرونة المناسبة يساعدعلى تطويروتحسين الخدمة،دعمالإدارة لبرامج الجودة يؤثرايجاباعلى اداءالعماملين، التدريب المستمريساهم في رفع كفاءة وفعالية الأداء في البنك . على ضؤتلك النتائج توصل البحث لعدة توصيات منها ، ضرورة تبني الجودة كإستراتيجية لتحقيق الاهداف ، ضرورة الإهتمام بالتركيز على رضاالعملاء ،القيام بعملية التحسين المستمر من خلال التدريب الدائم للعاملين ، ضرورة دعم الإدارة العليا لبرامج الجودة يذيد من قدرة المؤسسة في البقاء النمو ومواكبة التطور .

Abstract The aim of The Research is to identify the impact of the application of Total Quality management on institutional Performance ,by application on faisal islamic bank of sudan ,and the research Problem was represented in the existence of shortcomings that prevent the application of total Quality management completely in the bank, and the Research tested several hypotheses, namely : 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between focusing on customer satisfaction and Performance at faisal bank . 2- There is a statistically significant relationship between interest in continuous improvement and Performance in the bank in faisal . 3 - There is a statistically significant relationship between management support for the application of Quality and Performance in faisal bank . 4- The research f0llowed the historical and descriptive analytical method ,and the use of the statistical program for science social (SPSS). The research reached several result, including :t he bank,s management is interested in applying total Quality management as a strategy to achieve long term goals according to a clear vision and message for the employees, and focus is on customer satisfaction by providing their needs and satisfying their desires. Continuous training contributes to raising the efficiency an effectiveness of performance in the bank. Based on these results, research reached several recommendations, including the need to adobt quality as strategy to achieve goals, the need bay attention to cutomers satisfaction carrying out the process of continuou imbrovement training for employees ,the need to support senior management for quality programs that increase, The ability of the institution to survive growth and keep pace with development .
