دور التحليل المالي في تحديد مصروفات إنتاج البرامح (دراسة حالة تلفزيون جمهورية السودان)

Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of qualitative analysis in measuring financial polices for. T.V. sector indenturing costing of producing programs locally. The researcher analysized financial polices internally and externally the relatively affect the production decisions. The results showed that, policies have played important roles in maximizing programs costs, wages and allowances paid for productions services directly, and indirectly on policies legislations related to the government,’ and developing equipments, and give concems to human resources, that have influence roles in enhancing development, and improve the community. The research concluded the following results: l - Qualitative analysis have major role in identifying cost of production. 2- Some intemal decisions lead to qualify work generally which resulted in completive role for local programs among African and Arabian countries (as a result of extemal competition programe) 3 - Labor satisfaction is clearly noticed among employees in various sections, represented in bonuses for temporary and permanent labors. V The results show, T.V. competition among private space-stations in wages and allowances systems. Result in minimizing immigration f some local staff abroad which means more production and stability.
