الدور الوسيط لاتخاذ القرارات الادارية في العلاقة بتن نظم المعلومات الإدارية و الأداء التنظيمي دراسة تطبيقية على دائرة صحة محافظة صلاح الدين بالعراق (2013 - 2017 )

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية والاداء التنظيمي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين، التعرف على مشاكل نظم المعلومات الادارية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية والاداء التنظيمي بدائرة صحة صلاح الدين والتوصية لمعالجتها، تحليل دور نظم المعلومات الادارية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية والاداء التنظيمي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين . تناولت الدراسة الدور الوسيط لاتخاذ القرارات الادارية في العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية و الأداء التنظيمي. لوحظ ان الاداء التظيمي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين لم يكن مثاليا، وذلك لعدة اسباب لذلك تعتبر نظم المعلومات الادارية واتخاذ القرارات الادارية من اهم الاسباب، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في الآتي ماهو الدور الوسيط لاتخاذ القرارات الادارية في العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الادارية والاداء التنظيمي، ماهو دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين، ماهو دور اتخاذ القرارات الادارية في الاداء التنظيمي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين، ماهو دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في الاداء التنظيمي في دائرة صحة صلاح الدين. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: وجود قواعد بيانات إدارية تساعد في إتخاذ القرارات الإدارية، كما بينت أن إستعمال قواعد البيانات الإدارية ساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة الأداء التنظيمي، كما بينت أنه يزداد تأثير نظم المعلومات الإدارية في الأداء التنظيمي بشكل أكثر وضوحاً بتوسط القرارات الإدارية. قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أهمها: الاهتمام بتوفير شبكات حديثة تمتاز بسرعة الاتصال والعمل على حل جميع المشكلات التي تواجه النظام وذلك من خلال توفير جهاز خادم رئيسي لكل مركز صحي على حدة.

Abstract

This study aimed to acknowledge the role of administrative information system in making decisions and organized performance in Salah Eldein sector and recognizing problems in administration information system in making decisions and organized performance in Salah Eldein sector and recommend to find solutions, analyze the role of administration information system in making decisions and organized performance in Salah Eldein sector. The study took the intermediate role of administrative decision in the relation between administrative information system and organized performance, it is being noticed that the organized performance in Salah Eldein sector wasn`t perfect for many reasons therefore the administrative information system in making decisions considers as an important reason, the problem of the study represented in following question what’s the role of intermediate role for taking administrative decisions in relation between administrative information system and organized performance what is the role of administrative information system in Salh Eldein sector, what is the role of administrative information system in organized performance in Salah Eldein sector, what is the role of taking administrative decisions in organized performance in Salah Eldein sector, what is the role of administrative information system in the sector of Salah Eldein. The study followed the exploration, information and analytical method for collecting data. The study concluded with many results which are positive relation between administrative information system and organized performance, a positive relation between administrative information system and making administrative decisions an existence of positive relation between taking administrative decisions with organized performance, taking decisions is centering the relation between administrative information system and organized performing, the study has suggested many recommendations which are: providing high speed modern networks characterize with fast connection and work on solving problems that face the system through providing main server device for each individually health center.
