Abstract

Abstract The Study has Taken the Issue of the Electronic Govemment and its Role in Increasing Financial Performance in Government Enterprises Entities Agencies where the Problem of the Study has Represented in the Following Questions : 1- Is there Relation Between the Electronics Govemment and the Effectiveness of the Financial Performance ? 2- Are the Sudanese Units Depending on the Governments Electronic in the Financial Performance Evaluating ? 3- Are the Obstruction Stops Against the Perfect Application to the Government's Electronic System in the Government Unit ? The Importance is Appearing to Make Sure to the Electronics Government Importance and which Reflects to the Increasing of the Financial Performance Effectiveness in the Govemment Units. Besides the Study has Aimed to the Declaration of Electronic Government Role in Increasing the Effectiveness of Financial Performance Evaluating to the Govemment Units and Thus the Declaration of the Electronics Government's Role in Offering Appropriate Information by the Operation of Evaluating the Financial Performance to the Govemment Units and Thus the Declaring of the Relationship Between the Electronic Government's and Financial Effectiveness Evaluating Performance to the Govemment Units. To Achieve the Aims of Study the Researcher has Done the Test of the Following Assumptions : 1- There is A relation Between the Electronic Govemment's Application in Increasing of Financial Performance Effectiveness in Government Units. 2- The Govemment Units in Sudan Depended Electronic Government in Financial Performance Evaluating . 3- There are Obstacles Prevent the Right Against Application of Electronic Govemment System in the Govemment The Study Reached to Many Results Important of it are : 1- Found a Relation Between the Electronic Govermnent's Application in Increasing of Financial Performance Effectiveness in Government Units. 2- The Govemment Units in Sudan Depending on Electronic Government in Financial Performance Evaluating . 3- There are Obstacles Prevent the Right Against Application of Electronic Govemment System in the Government Units. The Study has Been Concluded with Many Important Recommendations as Follow : 1- Electronic Govemment System Should be Important According to it Roles in Increasing Financial Performance with Government units . 2- Electronic Government Importance Should be Increase According to it Contributions in Presenting Stable Information in Process of Financial Performance Evolution . 3- The Sudanese Govemment Units Must be Depend on Electronic Government System in Process Evolution Financial Perfomiance 4- Working for Remove Obstacles that Prevent Application of Electronic Government System .
