Abstract

Abstract Sonchusplantbelongs to the Asteraceae family and common name sawthistlemost of the species are annual herbs, a few are perennial, and a few are even woody and growing in North Africa, Asia Europe countries ,in sudanknown as moleataand eaten as salad in some regions and used in folk medicine in several regions of sudanfor, liver disease,diabets and ulcer. Theaimofthestudy to identify the sonchusoleraceus extracts against bacterial and total appreciation of alkaloid compounds ,saponins,and flavonoid andidentifycomponents by chromatography and spectroscopy analysis.The leaf of sonchusoleracus L. extractedusingSoxhlet extractor in with three solvents(petroleum ether,chloroform,and methanol),then experimentally selected against bacteria.Thesurvey showed that chemical to extract 80%ethanol fit on steroid,saponins,alkaloids and flavonoide and then estimate saponins and alkaloid ,where the results showed they were in the plant leaves.The result showed the chloroform and petroleum ether extracts were active against bacteria while the methanolic extract not active. Using thin-layer chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography three pure compounds were isolated and purified . The vehicles subject for study and analysis using the technique of infrared and ultraviolet according to the activity of sonchusoleraceus plant as medicine and food together recommend the need to pay attention to it as asource of food and drug and continue efforts to be continue to searc.

ملخص البحث نبات السونكس ينتمي للعائلة النجمية واسمة الشائع ساوزيستل ويضم انواع كثيرة معظمها حولية وبعضهامعمرة،وينمو في اقطار جنوب افريقيا ، اسيا واوربا وفي السودان يعرف بالموليتا و يأكل كسلطة في بعض المناطق ويستخدم في الطب الشعبي في مختلف المناطق في السودان لامراض الكبد ،السكري والمعدة. الهدف من الدراسة معرفة فعالية مستخلصات النبات ضد البكتيريا والتقدير الكلي لمركبات القلويات,الصابونين والفلافونيدات والتعرف علي مكوناتة بواسطة التحليل الكروماتوغرفي والتحليل الطيفي تم استخلاصة بواسطة جهاز سوكسليت بأستخدام ثلاثة مذيبات (الكلوروفورم ,ايثر البترول والميثانول ) ،ثم اختبرت معمليا ضد نوعين من البكتيريا . اظهر المسح الكيميائي لمستخلص الايثانول 80% احتوائة علي استرويدات،صابونيات ،قلويات وفلافونيدات ومن ثم تقدير الصابونين ،القلويات والفلافونيدات حيث اظهرت النتائج وجودهما في اوراق النبات . ايضا اظهرت النتائج ان مستخلصي الكلوروفورم وايثر البترول لهما فعالية ضد البكتيريا بينما مستخلص الميثانول لم يظهر فعالية . تم استخدام كروماتوغرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة ومن ثم تقنية تحليل الطبقي الرقيق التحضيري وتم فصل ثلاث مركبات نقية .واخضعت المركبات للتحليل بأستخدام الاشعة تحت الحمراء وفقا لفعالية نبات السونكس كغذاء ودواء معا نوصي بضرورة الالتفات الية كمصدر دواء وغذاء ومواصلة البحث فية.
