التصور الإسلامي لمفهوم الأمن الفكري

Abstract

إن أهمية الأمن الفكري تنبع من ارتباطه بدين الأمة، وأساس ذكرها وعلوها، وسبب مجدها وعزها، ومن غايته المتمثلة في سلامة العقيدة، واستقامة السلوك، وإثبات الولاء للأمة، وتصحيح الانتماء لها.ولقد تحدث البحث عن معنى الأمن الفكري في اللغة،وأهميتة في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية ، وبين البحث مدى ضرورة الأمن الفكري على الصعيدين الفردي والاجتماعي ، ثم تطرق إلى مجالات الأمن الفكري ، وبين العلاقة بين العوامل التربوية واستقرار الأمن الفكريوأسباب تحقيقه وخلص الباحث بنقاط عديدة أهمها : 1. أن الأمن لا يتحقق ما لم يكن هناك حفظ للضروريات الخمس التي جاءت الشريعة الإسلامية بحفظها. 2. إنه من الواجب على الأمة الإسلامية الحفاظ على دين الإسلام ففيه أمنها ورقيها. 3. أن الأمن الفكري هو: الحال التي يكون فيها العقل سالمًا من الميل عن الاستقامة عند تأمله، وأن تكون ثمرة ذلك التأمل متفقةً مع منهج الإسلام ، وأن يكون المجتمع المسلم آمنًا على مكونات أصالته، وثقافته المنبثقة من الكتاب والسنَّة. 4. أن الإخلال بالأمن الفكري يؤدي إلى تفرق الأمة وتشرذمها شيعًا وأحزابًا، فتذهب هيبة الأمة، ويتشتت شملها، وتختلف كلمتها. 5. إن خطر الغزو الفكري أقوى من خطر الغزو العسكري لأن الغزو الفكري لا تحس به الأمة وبالتالي لا تستعد له فمن ابتلي بشيء منه يصعب علاجه . 6. إن عدم التمسك بالوسطية والجنوح إلى أحد طرفي الإفراط أو التفريط سبب في ضياع الدين وهلاك الأنفس . 7. إن الأصول التربوية للفكر الإنساني تتكون من الأسرة والمدرسة والإعلام ففي صلاحها صلاح الأمن الفكري وفي فسادها فساده وحين تتسرب عوامل الضعف إليه يترد في مكان سحيق لا مجال فيه للقيم والأخلاق الفاضلة .

Abstract The importance of intellectual security arises from its association with the nation’s religion which is the source of its glory and might and which seeks to commit people to true faith, favorable behaviors, and allegiance to our nation. This research addresses the definition of intellectual security and its importance in Holy Quran and Traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. The research sheds light on the importance of intellectual security both on personal and social levels. It also discusses the areas of intellectual security and the relationship between cultural factors and intellectual security and how to achieve it. The researcher reached the following conclusions: 1- Security can only be achieved if the five necessary areas of security prescribed in Sharia Law are fulfilled. 2- The Islamic nation must commit to Islam as it is the source of its security and advancement. 3- Intellectual security is achieved when the brain is safe from deviation from righteousness when contemplating, and the outcome of such contemplation matches the Islamic way, and the Muslim community is safe from deviation from its originality and culture based on Holy Quran and Traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. 4- Disturbance of intellectualsecurityleads to the division of nation into various sects and groups, whichresultsinitsweakness and dispersion. 5- Intellectual invasion is more dangerous than military invasion as the nation does not become aware of intellectual invasion, and thus does not make necessary preparations.Suchinvasion cannot be easily driven away. 6- Failure to adopt moderate religious views and leaning to extremist or carelessnessresult in religion being taken lightly or lives being lost. 7- The sources of human culture are family, schools and media. If they function properly, they can promote intellectual security. When they are week or corrupt they can be a source of immorality.
