Conflicts and Natural Environment of the Sudan With some emphasis on Darfur Region

Abstract

This paper is an attempt to highlight the strong link between the misuse of natural resources or resource degradation and conflicts in Sudan and vice versa and find out the impacts of conflicts. Critical review of relevant literature was done to satisfy the above mentioned objectives. Causes of conflicts in Darfur can be summed up as follows:
