Abstract: Bio-stimulation effects of low level lasers (LLL) on biological properties of human blood were studied in this work. 21 blood samples that were taken from adult volunteers 20 to 30 years old were taken randomly and were then exposed to He-Ne laser (λ= 632.8nm) with various power range during the work (different doses). Specifically 1mw, 3mw, and 6mw laser power were used. Automated hematology analyzer was used to measure the blood parameters such RBC, WBC, HCT, PLT and HGB. These results were compared with the results that obtained from non- irradiated samples (control samples) in order to determine the effects of low level lasers on human blood. The results showed that LLL has affected the blood and increased some parameters of the human blood. It was found significant change in the blood parameters was dateable with 6mw power. In conclusion use of He-Ne laser with 6mw power for enhancement of blood parameters is possibleen_US
