Abstract

6 Abstract This study discusses the role of marketing policies and insurance awareness and quality assurance in increasing the demand for insurance service . The issue of this study is that , to what extent the modern marketing rules are implemented in insurance companies and the obstacles that face this implementation , also the effects of these policies in raising the demand for insurance by asking the following questions: 1- is there a relation between the caring for marketing policies and the amount for insurance services ? 2- Is there any relation between the weakness of insurance awareness and the demand amount for insurance ? 3- does quality assurance have a role in increasing demand amount for insurance? The significance of the study relies on the need of insurance companies to formulate modern approaches for marketing their services and their ability to achieve their objectives in gaining profit and continuality by using these modern approaches . The study aims to show the influence of marketing policies of shiekan insurance company and to know the marketing problems that face the company . The study adopts the following hypothesis to realize its goals: I-caring for the marketing policies increases the demand for insurance services . 2- weakness of insurance awareness decreases the demand for insurance services 3- Quality assurance of the services increases the demand for insurance . The study is based on the deductive approach that relies on primary source of field of the study by the means of a questionnaire form for the sample of the study and the inductive approach through reading books and relevant scientific references the analytical and statistic approach to analyze the results and examining credibility of the hypothesis The study has come to many results the most important are. 1- The marketing policy of shiekan insurance company is based on target market 2- Prevailing of insurance services necessitates setting of obvious marketing plan . 3- Marketing process of insurance services needs the contribution of all departments of the company. 4-Declining of insurance awareness in the society . The study has come to many recommendations the most important of them are . 1-The necessity of conducting a research on the target market before providing the insurance service. 2- Setting of a clear and distinguished marketing plan . 3- promoting the insurance awareness of individuals . 4- The necessity of using the modern techniques and approaches in marketing insurance services .
