دور المقاصة الالكترونية في تحسين أداء المصارف التجارية دراسة حالة بنك امدرمان الوطني

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور المقاصة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المصارف التجارية والتعرف على أسس التقدم التقني في تقديم الخدمات المصرفية ومعرفة أهمية المقاصة الإلكترونية في استقطاب الودائع وتحقيق أهداف المصرف. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في معرفة دور المقاصة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المصارف التجارية وهل ساهمت المقاصة الإلكترونية في توفير الوقت والجهد والمال المتمثلة في قصر فترة تحصيل الشيكات. واشتملت الدراسة على فرضية وهي هناك علاقة ايجابية بين تطبيق نظام المقاصة الإلكترونية وتحسين أداء المصارف التجارية وهنالك علاقة بين نظام المقاصة الإلكترونية واستقطاب الودائع. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،كما استخدم الاستبيان في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. وتوصل البحث إلى نتيجة مهمة وهي أن هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين تطبيق نظام المقاصة الإلكترونية وتحسين أداء المصارف التجارية، وهنالك علاقة ايجابية بين نظام المقاصة الإلكترونية واستقطاب الودائع. وأوصى البحث بضرورة اهتمام إدارات المصارف بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وربطها بالكفاءات المؤهلة والمدربة التي تحتاج إليها لزيادة كفاءة وفعالية هذا النظام، والاهتمام باتخاذ بعض الإجراءات والتحوطات بغرض حماية نظام المقاصة الإلكترونية من خطر القرصنة الإلكترونية.

Abstract This research aims to identify the role of electronic clearingto improve commercial banks' performance and to know the necessary technician advancement to evaluate banking services and the importance of electronic clearing to attract deposits to achieve banking objectives. The research problem is to know the role of electronic clearing to improve the Commercial Banks Performance, does electronichelp to provide time, effort and money that in short period of chieqe. The study have a hypothesis, which is there is a positive relationship between electronic clearing application system and improving commercial banks performance. There is a relationship between electronic clearing system and deposit attraction.The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method and questionnaire for data collection.The study ended with important result; which that is a positive relationship between electronic clearing application system and improving commercial banks performance. There is a relationship between electronic clearing system and deposit attraction. The study recommended the need to banking management to interest by information technology and associating with qualification and trained cadres that in need to increase the efficiency of the sector, and interesting to make some procedures to protect electronic clearing system from Hackers.
