إدارة الإستثمار ودورها في دعم موارد الجامعات بالتطبيق على إدارة الإستثمار بجامعة النيلين

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة الترابطية بين إدارة الإستثمار ودعم موارد الجامعات كما هدفت الى تحقيق الاهداف الفرعية وهى التعرف على نشاط ادارة الاستثمار بجامعة النيلين ومدى مساهمته فى زيادة موارد الجامعة وهى المشاكل التى تقف عائقاً فى طريق هذه الادارة، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن مساهمة إدارة الاستثمار بجامعة النيلين فى موارد الجامعة ضعيف و ذلك للعديد من الأسباب التى يتم التساؤل عنها وهى ماهو دور الدعم المادى واللوجستى من قبل الادارة العليا وهل الامكانيات المالية المتاحة لهذه الادارة ضعيفة مما يحول دون القيام بدورها على اكمل وجه ، ايضاً معرفة دور النظم واللوائح الحكومية هل هى مكبلة لحركتها ام لا وقد قامت فرضيات الدراسة على ان هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين كفاءة وفعالية ادارة الاستثمار ودعم الموارد وايضا ان هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين النظم واللوائح التى تنظم ادارة الاستثمار ودعم الموارد لجامعة النيلين، كما فرضت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الدعم المادى واللوجستى من قبل الادارة العليا ودعم موارد الجامعة، فرضت ايضاً علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين البيئة ودعم موارد الجامعة وبعد الدراسة توصل البحث الى العديد من النتائج اهمها: -ان الاستثمار مهم لاى مؤسسة باعتباره الاداة التى تمكن المنشاة من تحقيق القيمة المضافة وتضمن نمو واستمرارية المنشاة . - كما انه لاتتوفر لادارة الاستثمار الامكانيات الكافية لاداء عملها بصورة فعالة. -ايضاً توصلت الدراسة الى ان ادارة الاستثمار بجامعة النيلين لا تساهم فى توظيف وتشغيل الموارد المالية بصورة فعالة . وبناءاًعلى هذه النتائج اوصت الدراسة: • بان يكون للادارة العليا دوراً فى دعم ادارة الاستثمار مادياً ولوجستياً حتى تتمكن من القيام بوظيفتها على اكمل وجه. • ايضاً لا بد من الاهتمام بالبيئة الجامعية حتى تكون جاذبة للاستثمار. • ولا بد من مراعاة الحيادية فى توزيع الفرص الاستثمارية. • كما لابد من عمل خريطة استثمارية بالجامعة توضح مكان اصول الجامعة وكيفية الاستفادة منها. • توفير الامن بالجامعة حتى يسود الاستثمار والذى بدوره يساهم فى استقرار ايرادات الجامعة من المحال التجارية بالجامعة . • على المدير مراعاة السرعة كمحور تنافسى لأن الوقت هو المال . • ايضاً لابد من تطبيق وممارسة جميع الأساليب الحديثة فى جميع مؤسساتنا حتى تحقق معدلات عالية فى الاداء والإنتاج. • مراعاة الاهتمام بالعنصر البشرى والذى هو راس العملية الانتاجية. • ينبغى على ادارة الاستثمار تطوير نفسها والمساهمة فى دعم موارد الجامعة.

Abstract This research aims at identifying the relation between the investment administration and the support of universities , it also aims at realizing branch objectives that represent in the identification of investment activities in Neelain University and to what extent it contributes in boosting the university’s resources as well as to know what types of challenges that impede the administration in Neelain University?. The problem of the research represented in the poor contribution of investment administration in the University resources due to different factors that raised many questions, such as what is the role of senior administration in supporting the University in terms of logistics and financing? . Secondly, do the financial resources are quite enough to enable the administration to carry out its role ?, and finally what is the role of governmental regulations and rules in this regard ?. On the other hand, hypotheses of the study based on the existence of statistical significance relation between the efficiency and effectiveness of investment administration from one side and between regulations and rules on the other side . In addition, the relation between environment and support of the University. Hence , the study has come out with the following findings : * Investment administration deemed as the utmost significant administration in every institution, because it enables it to realize value added tax (VAT) and guarantees its sustainability. * Investment administration in Neelain University lacks necessary potential that enables it to operate effectively. * Investment administration doesn’t contribute in utilizing the University’s financial resources effectively.

Depending on the above-mentioned findings , the study recommended the following : * Senior administration should play an important role in supporting the investment administration physically and logistically . * Exerting efforts towards improvement of the University environment.in order to be more attractive. * Fair distribution of investment opportunities. *Adoption of University investment map that focuses on University assets and shows how to utilize them?. * Provision of security and stability that attracts investments. * University administration should concern with the time factor , because time is money. * Implementation of Modern best practices in all our institutions , in order to achieve high level of performance and production . * Concerning with the human being element that acts as a core of the production process. * Investment administration should develop its self and play an important role in consolidating the university resources.
