نظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة وأثره على نظم المعلومات المحاسبية (دراسة ميدانية على شركة MTN للإتصالات- ولاية جنوب دارفور "نيالا")

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة على نظم المعلومات المحاسبية في شركة MTN المطبقة للنظام. اعتمدت الدارسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات الأولية من خلال استخدام أسلوب الاستبيان الذي تم توجيهه إلى عينة الدارسة على شركة ام تي ان لأنها تبنت تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة، حيث تم اختيار الموظفين العاملين تم تحديد الدراسة من ذوي الاختصاص من محاسب، مراجع داخلي، محلل مالي، مدير مالي، مراجع خارجي، مدير عام، اخرى، وتقنية المعلومات وبعض الاقسام الاخرى وذلك لمعرفتهم بنظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة ، وقد استطاعت الباحثة الحصول على استجابات من عدد(60) من الموظفين المستهدفين بالدارسة و تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ وذلك لأدخال بيانات الدراسة ومعالجتها وتحليلها إحصائيا. حيث أثبتت الدارسة الي أن نظام تخطيط موارط المنشأة يمتاذ بالمرونة ويمكن التعامل مع اختلاف اللغات والمقايس والعملات في نظام واحد وذلك مما يساعد الشركة في ممارسة كل مشاريعها عبر النظام،ايضاًيمتاز سالسرعة بأستخدام عدد اقل من الافراد في وقت قصير وذلك يقلل أعب المرتابات والحوفذ لدي الشركة، ايضاً النظام في اعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير التي تتوافق مع احتياجات المستفيدين ، البعد عن النظام الورقي الذي يحمل الكثير من الاخطاء وعدم الدقة، استخراج التقارير السنوية الخاصة بالشركة ومقارنتها ببعضها البعض لاتخاذ القرارات الخاصة بالتوسع في العمل والنشاط . لقد اوصت الدراسة على تبني الشركات لنظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة ، حيث انه يساعد بشكل فعال في تطوير وتحسين نظم المعلومات المحاسبية ، ايضاً ضرورة أتمتة نظم المعلومات المحاسبية بالاستعانة بقاعدة بيانات موحدة مستقلة لجمع بيانات انشطة المنشأة لتسهيل عمل تطبيقات نظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة ، انشأ مخزن للبيانات والذي يمثل قاعدة بيانات لغرض البحث السريع واسترجاع البيانات من اجل تنفيذات ERP التحليلية للبيانات لاتخاذ قرارات حاسمة تحقق المنشأة من خلالها ميزة تنافسية،الاستمرار بتطوير كفاءة قسم تكنولجيا المعلومات كما في ذلك من أثر مغزي على كل من جودة النظام، وجودة المعلومات، وجودة الخدمة كثلاثية محاور ريئسية لجودة نظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة، اجراء الدراسات والابحاث التي تركز على معرفة العوامل المؤقرة في نجاح نظام تخطيط المنشأة ومن مرجعيات وجهات نظر مختلفة. The study aimed to identify the impact of the ERP application on MTN's accounting information systems. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method. The primary data were collected using the questionnaire method that was directed to the study sample on MTN because it adopted the ERP application.
