Abstract
The research has studied the role of social worker
in a secondary school and her/his role in catalysis with
the co-operation of the family and the school and the
inlluence of this catalysis in the development of
educational achievement. I aimed through this research
to show the role ol’ the social worker in the school and
to discover the role of the family and the school in
catalysis and its role in educational achievement. The
practical importance of this research is in showing the
value of the social worker in Al Ma'ali and Al Neel
Secondary Schools and the desire of the social_worker
to prove her/his success, so as to generalize this
experiment in the rest of Salah Schools.
The social worker has used the analytic descriptive
syllabus by the means of interview and observation.
The researcher works as a social worker in the society
ot‘ the investigation, "Al-Ma'ali Secondary School" and
the sample has been chosen randomly. l came out with
several results and advice.
